Where to base yourself
Nimman is the nomad heartland — cafés, coworking, restaurants and nightlife in walking distance, and short-term condos with pools and gyms. If you want it cheaper and more local, Santitham is right next door and a fraction of the price. The Old City works too, but it's more tourist-facing. Book a week somewhere central first, then find a monthly condo once you're on the ground.
